Standard Shipping Costs:

  • 1 item: $6.99
  • 2+ items: Free!

Order Delivery:

  • Processing Time: 4-5 days (order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging).
  • Shipping Time: 8-15 business days (from our warehouses to your doorstep).
  • These time frames don't include potential customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs and Fees:

While we'll do our best to provide necessary customs information, some countries may charge import taxes or duties.These fees are governmental and not charged by Chestnutie. To avoid surprises, we recommend contacting your local customs office for current rates before placing your order.

 

Return Policy

Returns:

We want you to love your Chestnutie pieces! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • You haven't worn or washed the item(s).
  • They're in their original condition and packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Reasons for Returns:

  • Your order didn't arrive within 45 days.
  • The item(s) you received are not as described or are defective.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges:

We're happy to exchange items if they're defective or damaged. Just send us an email at hello@chestnutie.com.

  2. We'll let you know where to send your return.
  3. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent).
